BMW Store Returns Policy

You can return most products from the BMW Store within 14 days of receipt if the products are complete, unused, in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging in accordance with your statutory right to cancel.

Returns Costs & Methods

It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and fund the cost of returning an item(s) the BMW Store. The only exceptions here are instances where the BMW Store team deem an item(s) to be faulty or when the wrong item(s) has been sent – a separate procedure is followed here which will be communicated to the customer accordingly.

To return, please return item to the BMW Retailer who selected during your purchase within 14 days of receipt if the products are complete, unused, in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging in accordance with your statutory right to cancel.

BMW Shop Returns Policy

The BMW Store Returns Policy is in accordance with your statutory right to cancel which is set out in clause 11 of our BMW Store Terms and Conditions as follows:

11.1 You can return most products from the BMW Shop within 14 days of receipt if the products are complete, unused, in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging in accordance with your statutory right to cancel. See the “Right to Cancel” in the BMW Shop Terms and Conditions of SaleYou may use the cancellation form which can be found at the end of the BMW Store Terms and Conditions or downloaded here but it is not obligatory. If using the cancellation form please send it to the above email or postal address.

11.2 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

11.3 If you cancel the Agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other
than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, resulting from the handling of the goods beyond that which was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

11.4 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

11.5 You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this Agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. It isyou responsibility to arrange and fund the cost of returning the goods to us. The only exceptions here are instances where the online Store team deem an item(s) to be faulty or when the wrong item(s) has been sent – a separate procedure is followed here which will be communicated to the customer accordingly.

11.6 Please note sealed software purchased from our online Store is excluded from the 14 days right of cancellation – the cost of any sealed software (e.g. Navigation update) which has been opened will not be refunded unless faulty.
